Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickCashback website and browser extension (together, the "Service") provided by QuickCashback Ltd. ("we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence. One account per person. Duplicate accounts, including accounts created on multiple devices to circumvent limits, will be closed and any pending cashback forfeited.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@quickcashback.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Cashback rules

3.1 Cashback is credited only when the retailer's affiliate network confirms the transaction to us. We do not guarantee that every transaction will track; approximately 4–8% of orders fail to track due to browser configuration, third-party extensions, or retailer-side technical issues.

3.2 Cashback rates displayed on the Service are set by the retailer and their affiliate network and may change without notice. The rate applied to your purchase is the rate published at the moment your click is registered.

3.3 Cashback moves from "Pending" to "Confirmed" after the retailer's confirmation window has passed (typically 30–90 days). Returned, cancelled, or refunded orders reverse pending cashback in full or in proportion to the refunded amount.

3.4 Any attempt to manipulate the tracking system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, self-referral, purchasing items with the intention of returning them for cashback, or laundering another person's purchases through your account — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all pending balances.

4. Payouts

You may request a payout once your Confirmed balance reaches the minimum threshold: $5 for PayPal and gift cards; $20 for bank transfer. Payouts are usually processed within 24 hours but may be delayed by additional identity verification for amounts above regulatory thresholds. We reserve the right to withhold payout pending resolution of any investigation into suspected policy violations.

5. Inactive accounts

Accounts with no login activity and no cashback earnings for 24 consecutive months will be treated as inactive. Inactive accounts may be closed with 30 days' email notice; any Confirmed balance above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out to the last valid payment method on file.

6. Referrals

The referral program pays $5 to both the referring and referred member after the referred member has earned at least $10 in Confirmed cashback. Self-referrals, referrals of household members using the same device or IP, and referrals through incentivised or fraudulent means are prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the QuickCashback name and logo, is owned by QuickCashback Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total Confirmed cashback in your account at the time of the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the terms of our affiliate network partners. On termination for cause, any pending cashback is forfeited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of London, England, except where mandatory local law grants you a different forum.

11. Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
